In addition, to ensure enquiries are reliably received and actioned, your enquiry details are also recorded in our enquiry management system operated on Google Forms / Google Sheets (provided by Google LLC), an acknowledgement email is sent to you via our email delivery provider, and an internal notification may be sent to our team via email and/or WhatsApp. Each of these providers processes information only as needed to deliver its service and is subject to its own privacy and security practices.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This website does not require login and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Basic technical information (such as browser type or device category) may be processed by our hosting infrastructure to serve the website securely. If analytics tools are introduced in future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
